Beaumont Mesothelioma attorney Ursula Keen graduated from the University of Dallas in 1995, receiving her undergraduate degree in Economics. Ms. Keen then went on to earn her law degree from the Baylor School of Law in 1995. Having been admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2003, Keen subsequently received admission to practice law before the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Texas. An appellate brief regarding the ADEA has been drafted by Ms. Keen for the Fifth Circuit and she filed cases on behalf of federal employees before the MSPB. Ms. Keen also serves as the city of Killeen, Texas' associate Municipal Court Judge. Keen retains membership in the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Bell County Bar Association.
